Day 1: Malindi to Tsavo West National Park

Your safari adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Malindi. After a scenic drive, you’ll arrive at Tsavo West National Park, renowned for its volcanic hills, riverine forests, and incredible wildlife. Upon arrival, you’ll embark on a game drive through the park, where you’ll have the opportunity to spot elephants, buffaloes, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and a variety of bird species.One of Tsavo West’s main attractions is Mzima Springs, a freshwater spring surrounded by lush vegetation, where you can see hippos, crocodiles, and an abundance of birdlife. Day 2: Tsavo West to Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, you’ll journey towards Amboseli National Park, famous for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. Known for its large herds of elephants, Amboseli offers amazing opportunities for wildlife photography, with the majestic mountain towering in the background.Upon arrival, enjoy an afternoon game drive in Amboseli, where you’ll explore its diverse ecosystems, including wetlands, savannahs, and dry plains. The park is home to large herds of elephants, as well as zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and a variety of predators, including lions and cheetahs. The Amboseli Swamps attract large numbers of animals and offer great opportunities for wildlife sightings, especially during the dry season when animals congregate around the water.After an exhilarating game drive, you’ll return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, where you can relax and enjoy the views of Mount Kilimanjaro from your accommodation.

On your final day, you’ll enjoy an early morning game drive in Amboseli to witness the wildlife as they are most active in the cool morning hours. The early morning light, combined with the towering Mount Kilimanjaro, offers the perfect conditions for photography and animal observation.After your game drive and breakfast, you’ll have some leisure time before beginning your journey back to Malindi in the afternoon. You’ll arrive back in Malindi by late afternoon, concluding your 3-day safari adventure.
